Website estimates

Online prices are preliminary estimates based on the information entered. Final scope, suitability, schedule, and price are confirmed through a property assessment and written proposal.

Service scope

Essential, Plus, and Pro cover only the work stated in the accepted proposal. Specialty services are inspected, quoted, and approved separately unless included in writing.

Property access and conditions

The customer must provide agreed access and disclose known hazards or restrictions. Service timing may change when weather, site conditions, safety, or access make work unsuitable.

Contract controls

The signed proposal or service agreement governs billing, term, cancellation, equipment responsibilities, warranties, and other commercial terms. Website content does not replace that agreement.
