Pseudonymous quote measurement
If you allow optional analytics, this browser stores a random session ID and limited journey events for the current visit. These events are not transmitted to IQNatura or a third-party analytics provider. Contact details, property address, and exact lawn size remain outside this browser-only record.
Information you choose to provide
Name and email are collected when you request an emailed estimate. Phone, organization, and property details are collected when you request a property assessment. IQNatura stores this information in its protected request database to fulfill your request and manage service history.
Your choice
Declining optional analytics does not prevent you from calculating an estimate or requesting an assessment. Requested estimate delivery and optional marketing permission are separate choices.
How long information is kept
IQNatura keeps request and service information only as long as needed to respond, provide service, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations. Browser-only journey events end with the browser session unless you clear them sooner.
Security and privacy requests
